This program promises to be the most fun and informative we've ever had!

About the speaker: Libby brings over 25 years of advanced and diverse nursing expertise in clinical nursing proctice and experience. She is a seasoned consultant, presenter and educator with familiarity of the legal arenas of worker's comp, personal injury and medical malpractice. A graduate of UAB, she is currently pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Samford University. A national speaker and author, Libby's enthusiasm and knowledge make her one of the most interesting speakers we have had.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but not included.

Each guest must present a passport as proof of U S citizenship by 12/31/06 - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Additional costs not included in pricing: transportation to New Orleans, baggage handling, canned soda, alcoholic beverages, bottled water, and Spa treatments.

A portion of the cost is tax deductible for education expense.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS:

$50 per person (non-refundable/non-transferable) due by September 15, 2006.

A second payment of $200 is due by November 13, 2006.

Final payment is due January 12, 2007.
